In particular the bill authorizes the state to continue restaurant inspections should a local health department be unable to or choose not to, revises mandated disclosures by restaurants on the potential hazards of raw or undercooked foods, and clarifies which state agency is responsible for regulation of restaurant ventilation equipment.
