Introduced by Rep. George Cushingberry (D) on May 15, 2007, to create an exception to the prohibition on the Department of Treasury disclosing the names and addresses of taxpayers that would allow it to give these to jury boards for purposes of selecting juror pools.

George is really quite creative. He introduces so many unique ways to spend money, but he is always willing to fund them by introducing all kinds of tax increases. Meanwhile the state is drowning in red ink!
