Bob Constan (D) on July 23, 2008, to establish that a “person in possession of premises” has a duty to maintain the premises in a reasonably safe condition, and that the “open and obvious nature” of a potentially hazardous condition on the premises does not relieve the possessor from liability for failure to meet that duty.
