This type of preferential use of public money to advance private business is WAY OUT OF HAND!!!!!! Why is Michigan broke? Why can't the "Average Joe" afford the basic necessities of life any longer? Because of tax abatements and government handouts which are nearly always issued at the local level where corruption and "crony-ism" are thick and sick! http://www.mackinac.org/article.aspx?ID=61
