Establish “cyberbully” policies

To give courts discretion on how to proceed in cases where a minor has violated the “cyberbully” crime proposed by House Bill 4337 and other similar bills. In general, subject to the permission of the victim and the prosecutor, and with other limitations, a court could impose sanctions in a way that the violation doesn’t become a part of the perpetrator’s “permanent record”.
