Ban employers or schools requiring personal account info (including Facebook)

To prohibit employers and education institutions from requiring employees or students to provide access to their "personal data storage account" information, including but not limited to social networking account information. Violations would be subject to penalties up to 93 days in jail and a $1,000 fine, plus lawsuit liability.
