Restrict using state housing subsidy money for non-housing development

To restrict the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) from subsidizing non-housing development projects, with certain specified exceptions. MSHDA would be absolutely prohibited from using taxpayer resources and government loan guarantees for wireless internet access, sculpture, or other special projects not necessary to provide housing.
