2012 House Bill 5688: Authorize municipal streetlight authority

Public Act 392 of 2012

Introduced by Rep. Maureen Stapleton (D) on May 29, 2012 To authorize the creation of municipal lighting authorities, which would have the power to borrow to create and operate a streetlight system for one or more cities (primarily for Detroit).
