2012 Senate Bill 1300: Let counties keep deed tax money for unpaid survey expenses
Introduced by Sen. Arlan Meekhof (R) on September 20, 2012 To establish that a county which retains revenue from a $4 state deed and recorded document tax to cover unreimbursed survey and remonumentation expenses, as proposed by Senate Bill 1299, cannot also seek reimbursement from the state for those expenses.   Official Text and Analysis.
