To extend to individuals, companies and organizations the same cap on permit fees that is currently granted only to government agencies for road commission permits that are needed to perform work projects within the right-of-way of a county road (such as laying pipelines, constructing drains, work by utilities, etc.). The capped fees are $300 per permit or $1,000 total for all permit requirements imposed on a particular project.
