To add exceptions to a law prohibiting self-dealing by government employees in contracts with a government entity for which they are an officer or employee. Specifically, employees of state colleges and universities would be allowed to benefit from a contract for “the purchase of goods or services that are available for purchase at the same price by the general public”.
