To revise the <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2009-HB-4377">2009 law</a> that prohibits a restaurant or business owner from choosing whether to allow smoking in his or her establishment, so as to permit them to allow smoking in an area that is “less than 50 percent enclosed”.
