2014 Senate Bill 751: Allow more school district cash-anticipation debt

To increase the amount that school districts are allowed to borrow in anticipation of future state school aid disbursements. Under current law schools can borrow up to 30 percent of the anticipated amounts. The bill would change this to 40 percent.   Official Text and Analysis.
