2015 House Bill 4628: Mandate auto insurance refund for expired “points” surcharge
Introduced by Rep. Marilyn Lane (D) on May 19, 2015 To require auto insurance companies to give customers a credit for higher premium amounts that were originally charged because of traffic violation “points” incurred by a policy holder, and which the company continued to charge after those “points” expired.   Official Text and Analysis.
