2017 House Bill 4662: Revise criminal defendant sentencing diversions
Introduced by Rep. David Pagel (R) on May 25, 2017 To raise from age 17 to 18 the minimum age at which offenders are eligible for a deferral mechanism that means not including the offense on a youth’s permanent record.
