Repeal requirement for state to identify worst public schools and intervene

To repeal a 2010 law enacted to qualify the state for certain federal education grants to states based on their adoption of various reforms. The law required the rank each public school on a “top to bottom” performance list, and authorized various forms of state intervention the longer a school in the bottom 5 percent remains there.
