1) Re: 2011 House Bill 4266 (Allow yard waste in landfills with methane capture ) by elarcinese on March 16, 2012 Not sure if the yard clipping will decompose in a low oxygen situation like being buried in a landfill. Hope the House yes voters looked into that. If the yard clipping do not break down, then they are just using precious landfill space and this bill is just a money grab from the landfills. I hope the Senate looks into this issue before voting if the House did not.
