Ease restrictions on non-public school students taking public school courses

To remove some restrictions on a public school getting state funding to reimburse the cost of home- or private-school students taking some classes at the public school. The bill would expand the geographic limit on schools allowed to claim reimbursement to include any in the Intermediate School District where the child lives, or in any adjacent ISD.
