2011 Senate Bill 624: Eliminate geographic restrictions on “cross-district schools of choice”
  1. Introduced by Sen. Phil Pavlov (R) on September 7, 2011, to require public school districts that determine they have extra space to allow Michigan students from anywhere outside the district to fill the exrta seats.
