2012 Senate Bill 1269: Grant medical facility rationing exception to McLaren Health Systems
  1. Introduced by Sen. Mike Kowall (R) on September 12, 2012, to authorize a special exception to the health care facility rationing imposed by the state’s “Certificate of Need” law that would allow McLaren Health Systems to build a new facility in Clarkston.
