Grant medical facility rationing exception to McLaren Health Systems

To authorize a special exception to the health care facility rationing imposed by the state’s “Certificate of Need” law that would allow McLaren Health Systems to build a new facility in Clarkston. The bill would also add two “public” members not affiliated with any health-related special interest to the government rationing board, with one of these acting as chairman.
