2012 Senate Bill 1278: Declare Iosco County as the “birding capital of Michigan”
  1. Introduced by Sen. John Moolenaar (R) on September 19, 2012, to establish that henceforth, as a matter of law and statute, Iosco County and no other county shall be declared the official “Birding Capital” of the great state of Michigan.

 How can anyone justify wasting time on a bill such as this?  Unemployment, the Economy, Terrorism, welfare fraud, etc are just some of the "Worthy" subjects that deserve your attention.
