Introduced by Sen. Jim Marleau (R) on September 27, 2012, to create a state brain injury council with representatives from various interest groups and government agencies to make recommendations and “collaborate” with the Department of Community Health to develop a comprehensive statewide plan to “address the needs” of individuals who are victims of brain injury.

I don't think there is a need for a council to create government brain injury.

There seems to be plenty of it already. <grin>
