2003 Senate Bill 599

House Roll Call 613: Passed

To allow the children of public school teachers to attend school in the district in which their parent teaches, even if their assigned district (based on where they live) is different. The approval of the child’s district of residence would not be required in order for the parent/teacher’s district to collect the per-pupil state school aid grant for the child.
