To extend through September, 2015 the sunset on a <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2006-HB-6162">2006 law</a> that requires the Department of Environmental Quality (now Department of Natural Resources and Environment) to meet and review the application with a property owner seeking a permit to undertake some improvement on a parcel that contains wetlands, and makes any agreement reached at the meeting binding on the department.
