2011 House Bill 4929: Ban using public school resources to deduct union dues (House Roll Call 95)

Passed 56 to 54 in the House on March 7, 2012, to prohibit school districts from using taxpayer resources (including their payroll processing systems) to deduct union dues or fees from employees’ pay, and then sending the money to a union. This practice is the current norm, so the bill would require unions to make alternative arrangements to collect dues or fees from school employees. The Senate added a modest appropriation, which has the effect of making it "referendum-proof".

Well somebody was abusing this method to get some illegal money right ? I for example struggled a lot until I got my Engineering management degree in a legal way not like other people abuse the system and just magically deduct everything.

 Taxpayer owned facilities or equipoment should not be used to serve as a collection vehicle for ANY union.
