

2011 Senate Bill 821: Revise state land ownership cap (Senate Roll Call 152)
Passed 33 to 5 in the Senate on March 22, 2012, to eliminate a requirement that rental boats that are non-motorized, including canoes, kayaks or rafts, must get government inspections. The bill would slightly increase the fees for annual rental motorboat inspections, and revise other details of boat rental regulations.
