2011 House Bill 4653: Ban office-holder names on polling place materials (Senate Roll Call 380)

Passed 35 to 1 in the Senate on May 23, 2012, to prohibit the name of an elected or appointed official from being printed on any election-related material that is posted, displayed, or distributed in a polling place on Election Day, subject to fines of $100 to $250. House Bill 4656 would apply the prohibition to absentee ballot materials given or mailed to a voter, and passed by the same margin.

I think that voting schemes aren't very popular these weeks. I have hears that they even check the canon pixma mp250 so that everything will be safe and legal. I must say that this is a good intervention in order to obtain justice. I hope that the polling place materials will be as good as the last year.
