"Smart zones"? Seems more like another tax scheme and government manipulation of the private sector. Again, just make Michigan a good place for business.... businesses will come. Stop with the state central planning and market manipulation. It's such an abuse of power and actually hurts Michigan b/c central planning never works and just ends up costing/wasting taxpayers huge $$ in the end. Not to mention lost opportunity for real free market innovation and job creation.
