

2012 Senate Bill 1259: Increase business and occupational licensure fees (Senate Roll Call 655)
Passed 33 to 5 in the Senate on September 20, 2012, to increase license fees imposed on various of businesses and occupations on which licensure mandates are imposed as a condition of earning a living. Technically, the bill repeals the sunset of previously enacted “temporary” fee increases. See also House Bills 5818 to 5825.
