This Bill is a hugely irresponsible. (also see SB 911 and SB 912).  The fiscal impact section is laughable.  This is big government out of control.    You must take the time to read it.  It's really sick.  No regard for fiscal constraint.  Pushes rail use (presumably high speed rail) and other unnecessary and unwanted projects.   Very little oversight of panels and councils that have huge power.  Nothing good can come of these Bills.

Here Snyder goes again, looking to raise taxes so his buddies at Buisness Leaders for Michigan can get paid.
