Re: 2012 House Bill 5261 (Allow more school retiree “double dipping” )  by TALKER61 on December 3, 2012

THIS IS NOT A SMART BILL. ALL THIS DOES IS MAKE IT MORE DIFFCULTY FOR THE YOUNGER, UST OUT OF COLLEGE PERSON TO FIND A DECEIT PAYING JOB.

NO DOUBLE DIPPING SHOULD BE ALLOWED.IF THAT RETIREE WANTED TO CONTINUE TO WORK IN HIS/HER FIELD THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER RETIRED. WE RETIREES NEED TO MOVE OUT OF THE WAY AND LET THE YOUNGER GENERATION BE ABLE TO MAKE A DECEIT LIVING FOR HIS OR HER FAMILY.

OUR SOCIETY IS ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT THE YOUNG PEOPLE NOT WORKING A BEING PRODUCTIVE.THEY WOULD LOVE TO FOR EXCEPT THE OLD WORKERS ARE RETIRING AND GOING BACK TO THE SAME PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT.I WONDER DO THOSE IDIOTS IN LANSING EVER THINK BEFORE THEY SPONSOR SOME OF TESE STUPID BILLS.THEY ARE TOO SELF RIGHTEOUS.

2012 House Bill 5261 (Allow more school retiree “double dipping” )  by admin on December 3, 2012
Introduced in the House on January 19, 2012, to allow a former school employee to work as a substitute teacher or coach in the district he or she "retired" from and still collect a pension in addition to the substitute or coaching pay. This would also apply if the "retiree" was employed by private firm under contract to provide substitute teachers

The vote was 105 in favor, 1 opposed and 4 not voting
