To no longer require license plates to be mounted on a “historic military vehicle," regardless of its size, weight, or age, if it was manufactured for use in any country's military forces and is maintained to accurately represent the military design and markings. The owner would instead have to keep the plate inside the vehicle, and show it upon a police officer's demand.
