2013 Senate Bill 49: Make government firearms ownership databases non-public information (House Roll Call 351)
facebook  twitter

Passed 80 to 28 in the House on June 5, 2014, to establish that state databases containing information on licenses issued to individuals to purchase, carry, possess, or transport pistols are confidential and not subject to disclosure under the state Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The bill was introduced after a New York newspaper published the names and addresses of gun owners it acquired from a state database (since then New York has also banned releasing this information).

And I just told you retard; you have no need to know the names and addresses of people who own guns--it's not your place to oversee the sheriff, or to police citizens with regards to their Second Amendment rights.  You can call names over the internet, your mother would be so proud of you!  The truth is, several home invasions occurred as a result of the New York news paper who published names and address of gun holders.  Judges, cops and victims of domestic violence--who had restraining orders--were also put at risk because of the ignroant and senseless actions of the anti-gun editors of the news paper...it jjust makes no sense.  People have to go through rigorous background checks to purchase a handgun.  If you want to complete the background checks to make sure they're being properly handled, perhaps you should run for sheriff.  Otherwise, you should leave legislation and these serious matter to adults.  Now run along little boy!

I'm just asking, you moron.  And if you're right about your god, I agree with you.  There should be no secrets, except PHI which is already protected.

I'm just saying, like you are, that maybe the public might want to know if the county sherriff, or whoever approves the permits, routinely approves them for people that have experienced the benefits of a frontal lobotomy, as you have, you knuckle-dragging idiot.  Public scrutiny of government actions is not a bad thing, cretin.  Now, try to stay on topic.

What reason do you have for this infiormation?  Perhaps we should also have a list of women who have had abortions in the past year, or multiple abortions for that matter.  You have no reason to know this information, retard! And if you don't like it, perhaps you should tell your god, Obabylon, as he keeps more secrets than anyone on the face of the earth!
