2009 Senate Bill 831 (Authorize one-month “continuation” budget )

Jennifer Granholm as a cost saving measure. Michigan is one of just two states that have been delegated by Washington to manage and enforce federal wetland regulations. The bill would make various revisions streamlining the way the regulations are adminitered, and also authorize clearing vegetation from certain Great Lakes beaches.
