To amend the Prepaid Funeral Contract Funding Act to allow escrow agents of trust to invest in funeral preneed contract funds by purchasing life insurance or annuities. The bill is part of a legislative package comprised of HB 4785 and 4786. HB 4786 amends the Insurance Code to increase the maximum amount of a preneed contract which may be funded through life insurance.
