Mandate biodiesel fuel component

To require that diesel fuel sold in Michigan include at least two percent biodiesel beginning in 2007, or when the production capacity in the state reaches a certain level specified in the bill. “Biodiesel" is a fuel for diesel-powered vehicles made from new and used vegetable oils and animal fats.
