Increase nursing home disclosures

To require the Department of Community Health to transmit to a nursing home a written or electronic copy of inspection visit results within 15 days, and post this on the internet within 30 days. The nursing home would have to notify its residents that the report had been received, was posted and was available on the Internet. The department would also be required to review complaints and inspection records before renewing a nursing home’s license.
