Impose licensure on occupational therapists

To require licensure and regulation of occupational therapists and OT assistants. The bill would create a state board (comprised mostly of already established OT therapists) to establish competence assessment requirements for new licensees. License applicants would be required to pass a test, and meet certain education standards. The license would cost $60 per year, with a $20 application fee.
