Revise delinquent property tax foreclosure notices

Introduced in the House

Introduced by Rep. Richard Ball (R-85)

Under current law the notice must be sent by certified mail to owners and interested parties revealed in a title search. The bill would also require that copy be sent to the occupant of the property by first class mail, and also to those other parties by first class mail.
