Revise condo association meeting rules

To prohibit condominium association boards from closing meetings to co-owners except for specific reasons detailed in the bill, including discipline or dismissal measures against officers or employees, employee collective bargaining strategy or negotiating sessions, meetings with an attorney regarding litigating or settling a lawsuit, and to review employment applications. Also, to revise the statutory condo meeting notice requirements to allow emergency meetings without notice to co-owners, and a 14 notice for all other meetings.
