To disapprove Gov. Jennifer Granholm's Executive Order No. 2009-45, which would merge the Departments of Natural Resources and Environmental Quality, transfer to the governor the power of the state Agriculture Commission to name the director of the Department of Agriculture, and also transfer the Natural Resources Commission's power to name the DNR director.
