To revise references to the state lottery commissioner in the Michigan lobbyist act so as to reflect a change in the title of commissioner proposed by House Bill 6341. The bill also appears to exempt from certain lobbying restrictions personal expenditures for food, travel, and beverage for a group of 25 or more government officials when the expenditures are not reimbursed by a registered lobbyist.
