Mandate disclosure of local government spending details

To require local governments to annually post on the internet budget and spending details, including employee salary, benefit and pension information; administration, support service and maintenance expenses; the current employee union contract; details of health insurance benefits; the total salary and benefits details for each employee whose salary is more than $100,000; and more.
