Revise certain occupational licensure mandates

To revise the “grandfather” provision giving current practitioners a two year exemption from a new mandate that prohibits an individual who doesn’t get permission from the state from earning a living as a speech-language pathologist, massage therapist, dietitian or nutritionist. Instead, the period would extend two years after administrative rules authorized by the new mandate law are imposed, rather than two years after the mandate became law.
