Impose dairy farm inspection fee

To impose on dairy farms a dairy inspection assessment fee of 1-cent per hundred pounds of milk sold per year. This and Senate Bill 1131 amend two different statutes imposing regulatory regimes on the dairy industry.

To impose a new annual licensing or permitting fee of $200 or $400 on dairy plant, based on volume, rather than the current $50 annual fee. Also, to impose licensure on dairy farms and pay a license or permit fee of $15 or $30, depending on inspection details; ; to impose inspection "plan review" fees of $100 or $150; and increase fees for receiving or transfer stations, milk tank truck cleaning facilities, container manufacturers, and milk hauler/samplers.
