Revise election law details

To revise a number of details in the state election law. Among other things, these would require pre-petition signature gathering filing of statewide ballot initiatives; revise rules for paid election workers; and more. The bill also would ban paying a “bonus” to register a certain number of voters; and make it a felony to impersonate an election official at a polling place.
