Revise estates and protected individuals law for digital assets

To revise the estates and protected individuals code to establish that fiduciaries authorized by different section of this law to oversee or manage the property of an estate or a vulnerable individual have access and authority over the person’s “digital assets” and accounts, defined as “electronic information created, generated, sent, communicated, received, or stored by electronic means on a digital service or digital device,” and rights to a username, word, character, code, or contract right under a terms-of-service agreement.
