To eliminate a time limit on a regulation that requires sponsors of “issue ads” or flyers that reference a candidate or ballot initiative to disclose their sponsor if posted within 30 days of a primary election or 60 days of a general election. The bill would mandate disclosure for any ad at any time that names a politician who will be on the ballot in the next election.
