Revise state Tax Tribunal

To revise many details of Michigan Tax Tribunal procedures, membership and more. Among other changes the bills would specify the seven members would get the same salaries as upper tier civil servants, and give the governor the power to remove a member for cause. A governor could also appoint three additional members for up to one year on a temporary basis. The Tax Tribunal is a quasi-judicial body that adjudicates property tax disputes.
