Exempt qualified military spouse from bar exam

To establish that a person who has passed the legal “bar” exam in another state and has practiced there is not required to complete the college courses the law prescribes as a prerequisite for taking this licensure exam. The bill also removes fee amounts specified in current law for related licensing activities and gives the Supreme Court the authority to set the fees.
